absolute kino

DMC1 is really clunky, DMC2 is bad, DMC3 is okay but you're better off just playing DMC4SE AKA Bloody Palace Simulator before 5. Here's hoping the year of delay on V means they made a complete video game this time around

I went straight to DMC3. I've also already played DMC4SE, but haven't played the Bloody Palace.

What's the best play style for DMC3?

One good game

Bad move. DMC1 is a masterpiece.

All of them

dmc1 is the best one faggot

Swordmaster if you're a scrub and want to have fun.
Royal Guard if you're a tryhard pro who's trying to do insane damage.
The other two do not seem worth it at all, but Gunslinger does have some interesting moves.
Trickster seems pretty bad to me because you're giving up the extremely good shit from the other three in favor of a dedicated dodge button, even though jumping to avoid attacks works fine too.

>Best Castle Simulator 2001

>Worst PEW PEW Simulator 2003

>Best Rivalry Simulator 2005

DMC1 is worth playing but it's hard to go back to. I would still recommend it. Avoid DMC2 at all costs. DmC Definitive Edition with the rebalanced style system enabled is okay but only after you want more after already playing other games, like Bayonetta and Ninja Gaiden.

Play DMC1 first. It's just okay but give it a chance, and then play DMC3 which is a fucking masterpiece. Avoid DMC2 at all costs unless you're really curious about seeing what the series has gone through.

>he thinks trickster is for dodging

Boredom

I think you can dodge, air dodge, wall run, and run off of enemies. Is there anything else? It just doesn't seem that good in comparison to additional melee moves, additional gun moves, or the ability to block and counter. And, again, you can just jump or double jump to avoid attacks. If that one enemy sliding/surfing move was Trickster exclusive, then I'd say you've got something interesting there.

The final upgrade, the teleport, allows you to fight in such a way that you never have to touch the ground

That's pretty fucking sick. Very nice. I'll concede that Trickster is just as viable then, if not more so, but it definitely looks like it has a much higher skill requirement to get good at than the others.

DMC2 is just boring. Worth a single playthrough just so you can see for yourself. Music is great, Dante's final boss is cool, and Lucia's a qt.

I would say it's worse than boring. If it at least had some interesting and fun mechanics then that would be nice, but it's such a brainless game. It's so fucking bad.

DMC1>DMC3
don't(You)me

DMC1 is nice and comfy.
Comfy!

>imagine Trish getting pinned against a gray wall, that's the same color of her fucking boring bitch-ass character who imperonates moms becuase she's literally an unholy wretch with no dignity whatsoever, while at the same time the demon-whore who suckled Mundus' big red tri-balls and had so much piss-stained demon cum splurged all over her hair, it got dyed blond, is being fisted with pizza up her matrix-2000 black fetish pants ripped apart, so hard the term yeast infection gets a new meaning, and with her last whoreish, skanky, breaths she coughs up the crusty, hell-cum out her ps2-octagon mouth, leaving her dark soul unfilled, yet her ass stuffed to the brim
