If you've ever read the story of a Japanese person who mistook Fargo for a documentary and died trying to find Steve Buscemi's buried money, this is what it was referring to. Media initially believed that was the case because she was in the area and the facts getting muddled through a game of telephone, but evidence points towards deliberate suicide.
