I would say primarily A with a hint of C. People expect commission quality for some ungodly reason even though something like the OP and all the anchors so far are top notch in execution. However some people do need a lot of practice with the basics like anatomy, line work and shading but wont ever get told that because it has a nipple in the picture appealing to the lowest standards. That or people are just spiteful because it isn't theirs getting done.
