Number 3 is my favourite mass effect game

Unpopular opinion I know, and I know the ending was a bit shit, but I feel everything from the combat, to character dialogue integration and the missions were all improved vastly from the other games. The romance and bonding with friends is so much better in this one too, especially combined with the citadel DLC. I can't be the only one who likes ME3 the best right?

Dialogue interaction*

Can wait when Priority Earth Overhaul mod will be released.

That looks pretty cool man

>dialogue integration
Not fucking hard when 90% of the game is auto-dialogue, maybe with two choices at a time at most.
Shit taste all around.

Only a few days until seventh anniversary.

ME3 isn't bad by any means, but I really hated the focus on the alliance military over the overall alien universe. I didn't fall in love with the series because I wanted to see some space marines shoot shit up in london, I did because I wanted to explore the universe with my weird alien compaions (and occasional exceptional human companions)
Mass Effect has always been at its best staying away from direct plot points - like an actual reaper invasion or direct contact with a big bad. Saren's fight is the exception I think, but ME1 had the exploration and mystery of a new scifi world, ME2 had this offshoot suicide mission and seven samurai esq-crew focus, whereas ME3 felt like them trying to tie up a bunch of loose ends that in the end didn't really matter, then ending the game with an objectively shitty ending
I really should go replay the games, I pirated ME3 the day it came out and it killed my urge to replay any of the previous games but that's faded now. Only took like, 6 years

It's my least favorite game from the trilogy but it's still much fun and better than what Yea Forums says. The multiplayer was the best part.

on what I said about the alliance military focus - it felt pretty fucking dumb to have baby brother of the universe defeat the reapers (or staged to be). Mass Effect to me was always about bringing people together and uniting the different races either directly or through your crew to make a united front against the reapers. You have this fleet stuff that you get at the end of the game but it feels so half-baked and the focus of the game u-turns to the very human architecture and world of, uh, space london? that it felt like a different game.
I don't even really know what point I'm trying to make, but the actually ending scenes took up so much of the shitposting around the game that I feel like people missed the overall ending being pretty shitty too.

You don't get a (You) for bait that bad

Unpopular opinion time

ME3 Ash is HOT

Even people who hated it back then now acknowledge it's qualities, since they saw how bad it could have turned out thanks to Andromeda.

Yup she is underrated.

>Unpopular opinion I know
And you can fuck off right along with it.

Honestly the most impressive thing about 3 is how it took circumstances from the previous two games and incorporated them into various levels of the game.

>nigger lips
Yeah no

ME3 was fun. The ending didn't bother me that much. The beginning not matching ME2 pissed me off a lot more. Smoking man should of been in there talking about keeping/blowing up the reaper. The climax ending of 2 was discarded.

I wasn't expecting the ending to be all doves and roses, but it did not leave me sitting well when the game stopped at some ambiguous point, leaving more questions than what was originally asked.

Could moving Bioware stuff to bolster DICE help save Bioware?
Now, hear me out for a moment; since EA wants all their acquired studios to work with Frostbite and Frostbite has a lot of problems, a lot of time is spent waiting on DICE to make the necessary tools or modification to Frostbite. However, Bioware stuff already know what they need for their games. Moving them over to DICE would bolster available stuff that can be allocated to engine support for EA's other studios, so Bioware could be freed up from the technical minutia and able to move on to bigger things.

Acceptable.
