Will you make Tiger Hunter your new main?
Tree of Savior
I just want a worthy sequel to RO. Tree of Savior was really bad.
I would if the game wasn't so shitty
they rebuild everything and it's fun now
ToS is a boring f2p grind with cute graphics so no. Also botting is a big issue in the game.
So does the game still run like shit when there are more the 10 people on screen or have they done nothing in 3 years?
What does that even mean? I played the game during beta and it was an absolute, unbalanced mess. Devs didn't listen to any suggestion to fix the bugs or improve the game, instead they just became full Jews. Fuck ToS.
but they cut down on the grind ever since last big patch, it's 5X the quest exp now
they improved and fixed a lot of that in the game, you just need to update your drivers these days
just come and have fun with us
everything changed ever since 3 years ago, everything had been reworked and rebuild and not even using the same system anymore
do you still have to save up your quest cards to actually level up? fucking hated that shit.
Is it RO tier comfy now?
Sell me on this game Yea Forums, I can ignore the prior shitflinging if it's actually good
How limited is the f2p?
>Tree of Savior
It seems like this game needs it's own savior
Sell me on this game Yea Forums, I can ignore the prior shitflinging if it's actually good
>I played the game during beta
>WOW GUYS I TESTED 10% OF A GAME 5 YEARS AGO OBEY ME OR ELSE
what the absolute fuck
You aren't me, get your own post
You aren't me, get your own post
>Tree of Savior
ooh whats this game lemme see
>Korean-made shit
No thanks. They never make good games.
This will not be an exception.
I don't know what it is about this game but it just doesn't feel comfy. I tried the renewal equivalent thing recently and it's better, and a playable game, but it just doesn't have the magic or spark RO had.
It's the same tired grind as any dime a dozen korean MMO with it's loose themepark progression and "storyline". Even class/character advancement seems interesting on paper, but feels shallow in practice. It's got a vaguely RO aesthetic, but I can't see how it's any different that half a dozen similar MMOs other than your class skills being more compartmentalized into mini-classes. I want to enjoy it, I really do, but I just feel like I'm pissing time away looking for something I'm not finding.
So just like RO? The difference is you were a stupid kid happy to waste their time, not knowing the nightmare that your life would become.
what's the cure for the nightmare?
is it easy to make friends in the game or do I need to shill it to my regulars?
Anyone?
Tiger Hunter honestly looks cool, but I hate archer classes in mmos, so it's a pass for me.
I'll play a sheriff instead.
Picked this up earlier this week. It seems unnecessarily annoying but not crippling, considering you can buy some premium goods with in game currency.
Not limited at all, since all new players can get 7 days tokens in klaipeda from an npc and enjoy all premium features.
user, I understand nostalgia and how it works but it's not just that. ToS is infinitely closer to something like Talesweaver than it is RO. I'm not saying RO was the best game ever or anything, but that's like comparing Ultima Online to Everquest to modern WoW. There were clear differences in the sense of progression and scale that have been lose to fit a modern cookie cutter MMO experience. And stop your projecting, my life's pretty good.
>m-my game is good now, I swear!
Keep coping, shill
You can do that like three times
The game is nothing like it was at beta.
So it's good now? Would explain why it can't get above 'mixed' on Steam.
Try it out for yourself.
You should very well know that the mmo community is notorious for being fickle about every little aspect in a game that doesn't cater to their needs.
I already tried it for myself, I just don't think it has gotten better after the beta considering that they added p2w shit since then.
I need install steam for this?
I don't want install steam for this.
