With enough grinding you can get 99% of things in the game, if you have a guild you can get someone to grind with you and get things more easily.

Also, i remember not being able to use my clothes anymore after a while, so my character would just appear as some dude in pajamas, and i thought that was really lame.

They give out a lot of free pets/costumes/mounts with the events every now and again but they still jew as fuck when it comes to the IB sets.
