If the game has combat in it, don't make it so pressing the same button multiple times grants you a string. Make it varied. I hate having to just mash my way through a combo.

what if a timeline where transgender is normalized and they go out of their way to extremize themselves, leaving you the main character a straight white male fighting against hordes of multi transgender monsters who have gone through mass sex operations leaving them as abominations ( even more disgusting than what they already are ). it would be like silent hill but even more terryfing and the age rating would be suicidal for the mortal eye
