Melee is my favorite due to how heroic it sounds. Brawl's and Ultimate's are both great in their own way, while 4 just sounds so empty and uninspired.

Melee > Ultimate > Brawl > 4

Brawl, while a fantastic song, is too serious and majestic for a silly party fighter game about a cast of cartoon characters beating eachother up in ridiculous ways.
Melee and Ultimate capture the feelings of an all star roster of characters meeting each other ready to spar it out. Melee's theme has major nostalgia bias for me though.

Growing up is realizing that Melee's theme is carried entirely by that little "Zelda" bit it cribbed from Butter Building.
