What if someone made a huge mod of BT3 that basically made it into BT4
using a whole bunch of small mods has a lot of potential for being even more unbalanced than base BT3

So Project M for BT3? How far has modding come along?

The character limit can't be changed and nobody has ever made custom animations for this game.
Emulators also don't run it that well without all sorts of graphical errors.
