ToonArtic is a shit company that doesn't take care of its consumers. Simple as that.
Their "security systems" they purchase are low-quality at best, and it takes them years just to switch to another one after hackers (quickly) learn to exploit it.
There is no real accountability for them either. You can farm several lv 70+ Double D accounts before they catch you and yet a lvl 10 Eddy account will get banned on the spot just because an automated bot detected something "off" in your chatlog behavior. It's fucking Anarchy.
