The lack of competition on handheld consoled pushed the advance, which was ready to launch at late 90s, to the early 2000s. It's Internet Explorer 6 all over again.
And thank god the WiiU flopped and nintendo released the switch, otherwise we would still have the 3DS until 2025 at least

If a Year of Wario yields a good selection of games, I'm up for it. A second Year of Luigi would be nice but perhaps a bit too soon, I'd probably expect a year of Bowser down the line given the new NoA president being around.
