it is, that said, I paid 55 bucks for the premium edition so its like the game was actually 10 bucks cheaper and had all the DLC included.

this also happened with BlazBlue Cross Tag battle, the game was cheaper so by buying the DLC characters the price ended up being 70 bucks. which included around 6 extra characters and 3 that were free dlc at launch.

The only reason why you dont see keyboards on tourneys is because they are all played on consoles. It is pain in the ass to find piece of hardware to make the inbetween layer so the console recognizes the keyboard as controller.

Because the latter requires repeated reads, an important skill in fighting games. If you can read a player that many times in a row you deserved the win, they'd have won in neutral anyway cause they can clearly tell your every move. try varying up how you play more.

not if you reset user, I do this all the time with Mary Rose. 3+LT (stuns if hit) wait for a bit then, (6K, 4) if oponent holds, Grab, this makes Mary grab the oponent and pull them to the other side, then I press (4P, Back) put Mary again with her back against her oponent, if oponent hold I can just grab again, I could throw another punch or do something else.

is it invincible? nope, but with the amount of things I can do, my oponent will just keep guessing and will guess 20% of the time incorrectly and receive more damage in the process. pretty simple

user you dont understand what Im saying, HOLDS are the main thing in DOA, the game encourages holds by having long hitstuns which forces players into the whole rock paper scisors game, however the person who stunned the oponent has the advantage of having the other player show his hand FIRST and then reacting to it, this is not a problem in other fighting games cause counters are not the one of the main ways of escaping enemy attacks, thus hitstun is greatly reduced in those gams.

wihle you can say it takes skill to guess correctly the hold, it is still mostly luck cause the attacking player has tons of advantage, and baiting is really easy.
