There's no fucking reward in the game. There's no point raiding a camp because you'll probably end up with the same amount of ammo that you went in with or even less. Equipment and ammo gets taken in between levels because they were lost or spent in the months inbetween. You get randomly jumped by mutants and have to use all your ammo to defeat.

2033 Redux is abosulte shit that loses a lot of the atmosphere, lighting, and pyshics. It's shat on rightfully so. However LL redux is really good, it just gets shat on by Yea Forums by nature of following 2033.

Buy filters for your mask every time you're in a town, or else you're going to have a bad bad time end game. If you do stock the fuck up on filters though you can take all the time in the world you need.

The only good parts were the ones that were like the previous metro games(moskow,bunker in the desert,novosibirsk). The open world is shitty because looting through a generic house 50 times sucks compared through wandering an actually designed level.

Well it turned on the user base that has sustained it since its birth. Over 90% of the sales came from PC and they did this bait and switch on Steam. Wouldn't have so much controversy if they released it on Epic from the start, doubt it would have made much money there though.

I've never played on anything but Ranger Hardcore, but headshots on mutants have always been one hit kills for me on mutants.

Of course that's different though for armored enemies. You only get get guaranteed headshot kills on them if it's the VVS/Bulldog or Hellsing/Crossbow.

Honestly just pirate it. It's a good game, but not nearly as good as the original or LL, and the bugs alone keep it from being a $60 game. Epic Chinks did us all a favor.

Just beat the game, it was actually really boring and the story was kinda shitty. But it had good interaction with side characters, decent animations, decent atmosphere, and some cool moments sprinkled throughout the game. I'd give it a solid 7/10
