fable 2 had a great world, it was one of the few well made victorian games

the dog was annoying and the NPCs were more lifeless than the ones in every bethesda game

Fable is the only one I can think of unless you count Arcanum since you play literally right in the middle of the transition from magical medieval to industrial.

Fable 2 is the better game, sorry buddy

I kinda liked the system where you can buy businesses in the game and they would generate income while you're not playing. Sort of an idle game built into a AAA game.
It's a convenient feature for those of us who have to work all day. Kinda makes work feel like you're playing the game if you know what I mean. I wish more games had something like that, but in a more balanced way since that feature gave you so much money you never needed anything else.

Fable 2 introduced Reaver and that's a pig you can't unfuck, but I did really enjoy Fable 2 besides that.

I think calling Fable 2 better than Fable TLC is definitely dependant on opinion. Fable 2 had a lot of great improvements, but I found the overall journey less interesting. Also I'm not sure if my copy was just fucked or not, but those job mini games had some disgusting lag. I would still play and enjoy a pc port of 2, but until that day I will always prefer the lost chapters version of the first game.

Fable 1 was the best. Fable 2 despite its massively easy difficulty is still good somehow despite not being able to die but that still is a negative enough to make the first game better. First game's combat is simply better.

Fable 2 was not Victorian. Only Fable 3 was.
