Old School Runescape.
It's got simplicity and depth in equal measure, early levels are quick enough to get you invested and later levels take long enough to be satisfying. The community is reddit but tolerable, people are helpful to new players and mock them just as much.
It's my go to for when I'm in need of some dopamine quick and easy.
