At this point I'm willing to believe anything. It only makes sense that gamefreak would forget mega evolutions after just one gen only to do the same exact kind of thing again.

I was only viewing that thread at a glance, what would you say were the "highlight" reasons for it being so antihype? I'm not doubting you, I just don't recall many specifics.

We get tons of leaks here. Fallout 76 was leaked here long before anywhere else. The problem is discerning which leaks are fake and which aren't.

Gimmicks to set a certain game from a frachise apart is nothing new. For Mario FLUDD didn't return after Sunshine, gravity didn't return after Galaxy 2, Cat Suit and Cherry didn't return after 3D World and do you think Cappy will return after Odyssey? That's just the way the world works, nothing new.

Yes, that sounds possible. The wolf maybe gets a form based on the version, one for attacking (sword) and the other for defense (shield).

These "leaks" are obvious fakes, the only things that are true are:

That's the problem. It's just overdesigned and exponentially increases the amount of designs and work needed for them. Assuming they make one for everything including non-fully evolved Pokemon. Then if they make only a few it's basically just Megas and regional variants over again. Then they have to come up with a lore reason for why only those few (probably Kanto) Pokemon can fuse.

I'd rather team-ups. Like symbiotic relations. Mantine and Remoraid come to mind. Or Rhyperior and Geodude.
