I'm really surprised with the 2600 performance. I was able to play Demon's Souls at 6k on RPCS3 with my setup too bad cemu sucks on amd and I can only get 25fps on BOTW and I don't wanna bother googling all the hacks to make the game playable.

Depends how hardcore you wanna get. Dirt Rally 2 looks amazing and is very versatile in terms of allowing you to change settings to make it arcadey or more of a sim depending on what you're looking for.

Already played it at 6k through RPCS3. the game looks beautiful. Too bad emulation isn't perfect yet and I get those annoying black frames every now and then and the audio crackling from time to time, still much better than playing on the PS3 though.

You can make an argument about some genres that only exist on PC like Kerbal Space Program, Euro Truck or flight sims but these are getting rare and are more simulation programs than fully fledged video games. It all boils down to steam console ports and console emulation for the slightly more tech competent.

Ancient classics you absolutely must play:
Heroes of Might and Magic 3 complete with HD mod - ubishit released an inferior version, but modders did it for free and better, loading the game with a slew of quality of life features.
VTM Bloodlines: Whether you get patches or not, still a fantastic game if you can get past its flaws.
Gothic 1 and Gothic 2 - If you can stomach the exotic controls of the first one, you're in for a fantastic and near flawless low fantasy experience. Gothic 2 expands on everything and enables traditional control schemes.
TES: Morrowind - modded either with MGO or OpenMW since I assume you had played the original anyway.
Baldur's Gate games: self explanatory, don't get the EE shit, play the originals with or without fan made HD mods like TuTu or BGT.

If you fancy space combat:
Freespace 2 - excellent game and its mod derivatives serve well to expand it far beyond what was intentionally possible. Production values of some mods like Diaspora: Shattered Armistice are phenomenal, you'd think they had professional voice actors.
Freelancer - self explanatory.
Space Rangers 2 - A decent game even though not entirely my cup of tea, still worth a playthrough.
Homeworld - (not the fucking remastered edition, they fucked up a lot of things like collision mechanics and removed many fighter formations). Homeworld 2 only if you liked the story of the first one and want more, it's a step down as a game in every direction except for graphics.

House of the Dying Sun - a more recent small gem, barebones, but solid for what it offers. Top tier presentation, music and atmosphere.
If you want to go deeper into space trading and management - X3 Albion Prelude is a good game for that. Don't get the X4 game yet, it'll be years before it's put into working condiiton by the fanbase.
