shouldn't have put the most obvious bait so high up. 2/10.

because it's games zoomers will never get tier

If you think it's bad, that means there's a problem with you.

Should have played the PC version.

Deus Ex is a timeless classic. Granted the visuals probably didn't look all that good even for its time (I was only 9-10 years old in 1999), but the gameplay is excellent.

And that's coming from someone who didn't play the game until 2015.

>>no lockpicking/hacking minigames

Good. Minigames that are tied to game mechanics are trash.

the game came out in 2000. What were you playig in 1999?

I wish this game had more titties

>typical uninspired "kill the terrorists" plot
wrong, and shows that you have not played the game
>no lockpicking/hacking minigames
good
>waiting for hours for weapon crosshair to become accurate
complete exaggeration, but it is linked to the RPG mechanics, otherwise it would be a straight up shooter
>terrible UI
basically the same UI still used to this day by games, vastly superior even to games that design their UI with consoles as a focus, like skyrim
>terrible voice acting
good voice acting for games was not really a thing back then, but even among those it was clearly above average
>terrible controls
you are either physically or mentally disabled
>boring weapons
straight up wrong
>useless augs
untrue, the only useless thing in the character development is swimming

1/10, didnt play the game, didnt even read up on it to make the shitposting more engaging.

desu it's pretty impressive that they managed to port DX to PS2 at all

the ps2 version is actually pretty good. not as good as pc, but still pretty good.

Also, OP is completely wrong about everything.

I thought it came out in 1999.

there are alot of trolls, but this is the most obviously one.

maybe next time...

>Muh minigames
Literally the shittiest part of any game that features them. With the exception being the arcade in Yakuza where i could play MegaDrive games.

Good? It's aids, as bad as the XBOX port of Half-Life 2.
You play Deus Ex on PC or you don't play it all, simple.

Invisible War on PC is more consolized than DX1 on PS2.

Invisible War was built from a ground up as a console game first that's why, it was supposed to sell XBOX's, iirc it had the "ONLY ON XBOX" tag on the box for a while.

well if you have it for pc then play it on pc, but i had the ps2 version first, and you can still enjoy the game, even if it is somewhat degraded. it's not the most degraded ps2 port i've ever seen, that would be chaos theory. it's barely even the same game.

>ps2
lmao
I actually had Deus Ex on ps2 and finished it 3 or so times. Then I did the same on pc. Phenomenal game that I replay every year.

the ground*

is this the oh yeah yeah guy??

No

>t. literally, never even played the game

I thought we were the terrorists fighting the terrorists who were fighting the terrorists who were also terrorists.

it's all a matter of perspective.

That's terror.

Plots so thick you don't even know who you're working for. That's terror. Terror built into the system.

Who else kiilled the 2 dykes in the chinese disco

was there a way to not break the glass to enter that hidden place?
