I dropped XC1 as well actually, but fairly late (had explored a fair part of the mechonis), I think it'll be rough for the early chapters as XC2 does this annoying shit where you can't do many of the basic battle actions until it spoonfeeds you them. However, once it picks up it really picks up, by the time I (finally) reached mor ardain I was hooked. Plot overall is good, but beware there's the odd scene in there with some cringe-ass dialogue, even if it's self-aware and likely meant as parody it can be grating nonetheless.
You could try the prequel first if you want a sort of taster without dipping into the whole main game I guess.

Brighid and Aegaeon are already pretty good for her for main game, she is also really good with lances, so Vale and Wulfric are good choices as well. Zeke is usually the best with axes, but its not like they're wasted on Morag, so you can split Dagas and Zenobia between the two
For NG+, Patroka is pretty much the best blade you can give her and Telos is also a viable choice.
If you have the DLC, Shulk is also one of her best blades

There weren't a ton of them, but Valak Mountain and Satorl Marsh had probably the most memorable night themes in XB1, and they weren't remixes.

The only thing I did is use 1 booster per pull when I have some at hand, but even that, it doesn't matter that much. It'd be more efficient to perfect your team for core grinding on arduran than play with that shit which will only infinitesimally boost your chance

What's stopping him from changing core crystals so that they only resonate with/obey those he considers to be good people? I assume Klaus doesn't do these things because he wants humanity to make the right choices on their own, but it's not like he's powerless. If he really wanted to force humanity down a different path, he has plenty of options. He isn't unable to control humanity, he's choosing not to.

How the fuck are you supposed to fight Azure Reginald before you're leveled enough to clear the Piranhaxes? Aggroing him in the first place is awful because you have to up to his face and then swim back to land, giving him free damage on you. And unless you hugely overleveled for him, you have very little ground to work with because of the Piranhaxes aggroing on you too and able to hit you on land from a mile away.
