rpcs3 doesn't have those audio issues and usually on the bottom left of the emulator you would see something along the lines of "shader compiling" which you dont here

Yes it does, specially in the opening scene; "compiling shaders" stops showing after cacheing.

No, I'm literally playing right now to confirm it and it says compiling shader every time I load into a new area or transition into a new scene and youre right about the main menu, but during actually gameplay I do not get those audio issues, it's almost perfect.
