I'd be very surprised if there were a single Speed Boost pokemon in a tier lower than that. Mega Sharpedo has good speed, great attack and Speed Boost and still can't get out of UU. I fucking hated this thing after I first encountered one. I thought, they, it reminds me of a lamprey, and it clearly has fins, so it must be water type right? I hit it with thunderbolt, not very effective. So then I think, okay, it can't be dual electric/water, that would have been neutral, so it's electric, let's swap to Metagross and earthquake it. The thing has fucking Levitate, and it can learn Flamethrower and it offs my fucking Metagross, I proceeded to get swept by the fucking thing.
