So Yea Forums, say I wanted to fall for the PC gaming mouse meme, but specifically for MMO mice. Which are the best ones?

get the logitech roller ball mouse

I'm using a cosair like that one and I keep getting static fucking shock from it

I have this mouse and I don't even play MMOs

It's extremely comfy though

Get a real mouse. Having 2 buttons you can reliable press without misclicking > having 12 you can't use for anything but fapping

MMO mice are dogshit.
Get literally any other mouse.

playing mmos is for faggots, kill yourself instead

You just assign the button to whatever you want. It doesn't have to be for a mmo dumbnuts. I use mine to control music and other apps.

I have a Naga. I never misclick the buttons on the side. They have enough tension in them that you aren't accidentally hitting them with your thumb. I use mine for MMOs, but I also use it for regular web browsing. I have all the basic keyboard commands bound to the thumbpad so I can control the browser with one hand. Helpful when I am eating with the other, or just lazily laying back in my chair.

the Razer naga is a pretty based mouse. I've been using the naga epic for a few years now and it's impossible to go back to using a normal mouse for MMOs
thinking of getting a Naga Trinity just because it's a little awkward playing non-mmos on it, but I've become so accustomed to the wireless that I'm worried it'll feel like a downgrade

Razer gets memed on a lot but they deliver quality products
heard a lot of people complain about the quality but I still have yet to have one fail on me, which is surprising consider how much time I spend poopsocking, but it probably helps that I'm not a fucking baby that smashes his mouse and keyboard when things don't go right

I've had a Naga for almost a decade now and the mouse click stopped working a few years back. It's fine, I just rebound that to M4, but it was a little annoying getting used to that. But the reason why I had replaced my previous mouse is because the scroll wheel click stopped working on it, so I guess that's just a weak component in mice that's prone to breaking.

Posting best mouse.

How often do you use it?
IBMfags will tell you that a decade is too short a lifespan for a mouse but considering how often I use mine (MMORPGs are my main genre) I'm happy if it makes it over 5 years

I bet you didnt used one. I had razer naga molten and logitech g600, had no problems with side keys.

No, I haven't. And there's no way you're hitting those keys accurately when they're a quarter the size of your keyboard buttons, you're using your thumb, and it's at a much wider angle.

>apps

I bought the scimitar, broke within 5months. I prefer the g600, the ring finger button is so good as an extra button.

I had my Imperator die, been hunting a suitable replacement since. I'm using a deathadder for the moment but it's just not the same

All the time. As I said, the same thing happened to my last mouse so I figure it's just a weak link in mice in general. Since the Naga has two extra buttons on the top with M1 and M2, it wasn't a huge deal to switch M3 to M4. Just a little learning curve.
All that said, I could probably take the mouse apart and clean it out and likely get the mouseclick working again, but that's just too much effort.

Guess texting on phone is impossible task for you.

No shit nobody types on a phone if they've got a choice.

>nobody types on a phone if they've got a choice

Glad to see we're on the same page.

we're not, lol. you sound like a tech illiterate boomer

I got that mouse and I use the side buttons to just spam emotes really, they're quite uncomfortable to use on a regular basis. Sometimes you get stuck scrolling up or down continuously if you scroll clicking the mouse wheel.

I've had a naga for 4-5 years now
during the first few months the middle click stopped working, bound that on the side
some months later i broke the whole wheel by smashing the mouse on the desk like an idiot, bound that on the side as well
after 3 years or so the mouse buttons started malfunctioning by not staying pressed down, opened the mouse multiple times and straightened out the small metal parts inside
recently that stopped working so i just replaced the metal parts with similar ones from another mouse i didn't use
now the mouse 4 is slowly starting to show similar symptoms
luckily the laser hasn't broken down though

I actually bought the corsair mouse on the OP to replace the Naga with, but haven't bothered taking it in use due to the ass backwards idea of having the mouse4/mouse5 buttons be used for switching mouse profiles instead the thing they fucking should be used for.
Apparently it's fixable with the software, but not working properly out of box triggers me so I'll just wait until the Naga breaks down before making the switch proper.

ok

Razer's QC is all over the place, nothing will save you from being a raging manbaby but if it breaks that early on the warranty should cover it and they almost always replace them for you while it's under warranty with no questions asked

maybe your grandson can help you learn how to type on a touchscreen ;)

Get some self-respect.

The warranty would have covered me yeah, but I'd heard bad things about the laser breaking down so I thought I'd wait until the warranty was about to wear off and switch then for more mileage.
When the time came to switch, I felt I was lucky to just have a laser still functioning and didn't go for the warranty.

I actually had another Naga before this one, but broke the laser by spilling a drink on it.

comiing from an old timer this means a lot!

That's comforting.
