>tfw each boss fight dialogues with her is her saying she doesn't give a shit about video games and the boss in particular. Her kill animation against bosses is fucking kino tho.
>tfw all this years we thought Badgirl was just batshit crazy >in reality she was tortured until she fucking loose it >Badman had the same shit but also got his face so fucked he can't even remove his mask without it falling appart. I wonder what would have happened if Travis had refused the organisation call...probably the same shit, i wonder if other assassins got the same torture.
Matthew Brooks
I just wanna play these games on PC. I love Suda but I don't wanna buy a Switch for this one game.
Connor Murphy
He's good at killing and is her "master". Travis isn't attracted to her tho. Maybe Shinobu is also a weeb for anime .
Juan Butler
Fun fact: Her "Black Monday" kick attack is named after "isamiashi" or "forward step out," a sumo faux-pas where an attacking wrestler accidentally steps too far forward and out of the ring, thus giving his opponent the victory
Jose Wright
I didn't like the game to begin with should I even play the DLC?
Daniel Fisher
NMH always was mostly on nintendo consoles user. and Suda love to have his series on multiple platforms even if they are connected.
also >tfw most people who bought TSA actually forgot about the DLCs feel bad for them.
Jacob Lopez
So you're saying that Skelter Helter would've been fucked even if he had heeded his brother's warning?
Aiden Roberts
>spoiler Travis's remark about her watching too many samurai movies was probably spot-on.
Michael Jackson
Probably. Hell, maybe Destroyman before was just a normal postman but got tortured. This gives a whole new meaning to a lot of characters, some probably did it willingly like Travis or Skelter, but others were forced.
Thomas Murphy
Badman had the worst , because he knew what he was doing was wrong and fucked, but he just was "forced" to do it, because his brain got fucked.
Easton Rogers
Nah Destroy Man seems to have genuine bloodlust despite being a pussy ass bitch Holly Summers on the other hand probably lost her leg after saying no to Silvia
Justin Gutierrez
You've heard of the Silver Case; now get ready for the Silver...Face.
So what about Dr. Peace? He seemed to genuinely enjoy his work.
Juan Gutierrez
>Travis isn't attracted to her tho. I thought in NMH2 he was into her but he felt that their Teacher/Student relationship just made it creepy as fuck.
Benjamin Cooper
Dr.Peace did had some regrets and kinda seem confused. maybe he was more similar to badman. especially since margaret moonlight was probably his daughter. >Black >Kill his girlfriends Every time.
Jordan Edwards
She's attracted to his strength.
Dylan Brooks
probably threatened to kill his daughter
Ethan Gray
The age difference also was creepy, Travis is a degenerate weeb but isn't that much of a weirdo tho.
Brayden Garcia
Well it made him filthy rich. His enjoyment of money and killing just put him at odds with his family, who he still somehow cared for but couldn't love him back because of his aforementioned evil.
William Howard
what the fuck is this shit about forcing assassins into the association? when was this a thing?
Austin Perez
>Badman/Birkin story is legit sad and just was at the bad place at the wrong time
Still a better dad than John Winter. What a fuckhead.
Gabriel Thompson
I want another Suda game that doesn't feel cheap or isn't a sequel.
Brody Collins
Some assassins did teased some things in NMH1 and 2. Hell, Sylvia probably is just an agent of the organisation. not the director.
Still a better dad than Pic related He's still alive in the real world, out there. Mondo is probably gonna kill him tho. his real world counterpart probably is quite different.
That's pretty much what happened to Travis in NMH1 after he was tricked into killing Helter Skelter. Plus Batt probably conscripted as many killers as he could to soften Travis up for their big showdown.
I don't get why most people think NMH is a "funny franchise" when the story is mostly a big drama with some jokes in it. Still, no other things will be more fucked up than this moment in Killer 7 youtube.com/watch?v=PXwWjxbzuIk
Sure hope it's not just DLC 2. Bad Man is such a good character, I want another game with him after this.
He was actually a decent guy before losing it.
I'm working on a remix of Welcome to Hell. Anyone wanna peep?
Samuel Turner
Kimmy just is a fuckhead who want Travis Dick. She's the kind of girl who idolize killers on the tumblr.
Jordan Ortiz
I thought the organization wasn't real and just a fraud in NMH1 and only became real in 2 when the assasination stuff became too big?
Austin Gonzalez
Sure, show it. Sadly, i'm not sure if Badman will survive, like, he literally cannot remove his mask. i think something will happen to have Badgirl back.
If not, i think he will try to have a quiet life, maybe he will have a cameo as a shop seller in NMH3 but nothing that important. Feel bad for the idiots who didn't bought TSA thinking it was an useless spin off, when it's literally building the story of NMH3 and even finishing the story of some old games from suda. the IT guy is probably the big boss of NMH3.
Nolan James
Here's what i think. The organisation isn't made by Sylvia, who was manipulated into believing she was doing a fraud when in reality, she was just used by the "big boss" of the organisation.
Kevin Anderson
>No More Heroes 3 >Travis forms a team of Assassins consisting of Himself, Badman, Henry, Shinobu and Charlotte How likely is this?
Alexander Jackson
>mfw SUDA/travis breaks the fourth wall in NM3 and shit talks people for not playing TSA
I don't think Badman will continue the killing. and Badgirl voice actress literally is retired (and suda managed to have her back but only for TSA.) I think they will just try to live a normal life.
Logan Gonzalez
Knowing Suda this will most likely happen.
John Mitchell
Let's speculate a bit:
Nathan-Willing Charlie-Willing Matt Helms-Unwitting Chloe Walsh-Unwitting(?) Dr. Shake-Batt likely rebuilt him New Destroyman-Likely rebuilt as well Million Gunman-Did it for the paycheck Margaret-Probably followed Alice Vladimir-Unwitting Alice-In too deep
Suda have some kino taste in voice actor, some time picking some absolute who doing some god tier voices. (he had Robin and Steve blum before they were popular. )
>DLC Added a fucking Jet Set Radio shirt. Hell yeah.
Easton Cox
Didn't do smoking kind against her, what does she say? I can't wait to see badgirl going full fangirl against Eight heart. feel bad that before going crazy she was similar to Travis.
Luis Brooks
I havent updated my switch at all and Im not sure if I want because I dont know if I want hack it. Hell, tetris 99 and travis dlc almost wanna make say fuck it and just update.
Christian Moore
I forget who did the voice directing for k7 but I know the MGS voice director did the No More Heroes series
John Lewis
Fuck user this is chill as fuck. good job.
William White
Suddenly Miller voiced by Robin make sense. There's a lot of old MG fans in the small NMH community.
Jordan Nguyen
"It's been seven years since I left Santa Destroy. 'bunch has changed since then. What, may you ask? And who are all these people I'm bringing along for the ride? Tough shit; go buy that spinoff we put out that you didn't fucking buy! Gamers these days piss me off. No respect for the old shit."
>wanna play through NMH1&2 >have to purchase a dolphin bar and Wii remote Is it worth it bros?
Aiden Watson
Thanks man.
You don't need a sensor bar for NMH1 or 2. Just a wiimote/nunchuck for 1. 2 has gamepad support. Still worth buying a wiimote but you can manage without
Charles Bell
But I need the dolphin bar to connect it to the computer.
Ayden Foster
Nah you just need a bluetooth adapter either built in or otherwise. It doesn't have to be a dolphin bar.
Brandon Campbell
Will Shinobu and Bad Girl have new green text stories tío?
Anthony Cook
Wait, so Badman was in the same Assassin’s Association like Travis?
Jace Cox
No, it's just Fuckhead and Bad Dad.
Blake Hall
She's more fixated on his honor and how he's a former sumo wrestler; offers to have a sumo match with him in the future instead of a race or murder fight.
Jayden Cook
Aren’t John Winter and Doppelgänger the same guy? Considering they “are” Dr Juvenile’s Dad
Kevin Morales
No. But I hope you bought the game and season pass to fund nmh3
Julian Hill
Fuck.
Cooper Lewis
Badman won’t stop until he kills travis
David Jones
Huh, maybe I'll try it out that way. So the motion controls are internally in the wiimote?
Ethan Reyes
Yeah. The only things you really need the sensor bar for are cursors essentially.
John Diaz
Alright then, thanks user
Ayden Long
Nah, after his adventure, it seem they added some more "friendly quotes" with Badman. Like him saying "Don't forget i could kill you at any time". He even calls Travis an hero in his story, he probably understand that no one had any choices in the shitshow.
Matthew Cooper
For TSA >Favorite intro? >Favorite Boss? >Favorite surprise?
For me, my favorite intro was Electro, my favorite boss was eight heart. (kinda ironic since i wasn't a fan of him for the release.) My favorite surprise was all the sudaverse thing in the game.
Evan Nguyen
No. John Winter pumped and dumped Juvenile's mom. Then after Chernobyl, he helped get her to the USA, but pawed her off to a social worker named Doppelganger Granada Jr, who adopted her. Juvenile's bright future and startling intellect compared to the dim, talentless dregs that Doppelganger deeply cared for, ultimately made him realize how doomed the people he was trying to help were. It drove him murderously insane and twisted his mind to the point that he actually believed that Juvenile was his daughter. After she escaped his subsequent homicidal rampage, the CIA drafter her to help in the Death Drive Mk II project alongside John Winter before he was incorporated into the Death Drive AAA.
Isaiah Hernandez
>you can use Shinobu's kick Skill to knock Buster Brian Jr into the laser rain of the background giant robot >the laser rain damages him >presumably, you could have done the same with the Wing Chip or a paralysis Skill
This game is an hidden suda masterpiece, i thought it was going to be a boring spin off but it's one of the most polished game from Suda, what a twist.
Josiah Perez
No, Badman worked for a crime sindicate, first as a drugs courier and then as a killer. One of the associates of the sindicate also ran an assassin business which was either the same as the UAA in NMH1 or involved with it. The UAA in NMH1 was a scam in that it was all an unofficial money laundering scheme while Badman worked for a "legit" crime business, so they weren't the same.
Ayden Edwards
>Hotline Miami 2 t-shirt Fuck yeah, I was waiting for this. Even though 1 is better, the t-shirt was fucking ugly.
It kinda feels a bit underwhelming that I start the game and find out all I get is a playable character and the story segment. It was a good story segment, I was just hoping for a brand new level that might be cool to play with a buddy.
Jacob Myers
That will be the next DLC
Carter Sanders
The intro menu music of Hotline Miami 2 is phenomenal
Blake Robinson
I actually prefer the OST of HLM2, but everything else goes for the first one.
Chase Jackson
True enough.
Oliver Bennett
Is it Badman or Bad Man?
Gabriel Butler
bad man
Ayden Harris
Badman
Evan Nelson
baddad
Jaxson Jenkins
Bat man
Joshua Fisher
Will bad girl be cured of her fuckedupness or will she stay batshit insane?
Aiden Foster
Anons, I think the update screwed me over. The t-shirts I had were reset and I lost one of the aztec coins. ;_;
Parker Martinez
>one of the most polished game from Suda
I mean, I wouldn't go that far. Particularly during the boss fights when they don't have much in the ways of tells before unleashing a freakishly powerful attack. Sometimes several in rapid succession. Say what you will about the previous NMH games, but at least it was fairly clear when a boss was about to do something so you had no one but yourself to blame if you got hit.
This isn't much of a problem in lower difficulties, but at higher ones, you really start to see the combat strain at the seams (just look at the abrupt "jab" attacks of the Sheepmen that can come out of nowhere). Even though I respect what it was going for, the faux-2D boss fight against the Brian Buster duo is a particularly egregious offender given how poor your verticality is, how constrained the arena was built, and how sweeping and sudden their attacks are.
Sometimes dead is better. In all seriousness, her resurrection seems to have rolled back her mentality somewhat as evidenced by her "so happy to see dad that I could piss myself" scene
For me i had to play the last boss again to play Shinobu. I'm the only one during the first playtrought who didn't use the heavy chip? this + satelletin orbital chip are fucking broken.
Nicholas Wood
git gud. More seriously, did anyone managed to have the collector edition with the book? i almost managed but didn't because my bank fucked me up. could someone scan it? if it's in french i can translate it.
Luis Ortiz
Thanks to the update I own the something modern rpg shirt, the one I was buying shirts around to avoid getting
Ethan Hernandez
If I unlocked Shinobu by initiating the credits, then started NG+ can I play as her from the beginning or do I have to beat the game again?
Christopher Hall
Last boss made me realize that mapping the "recharge" button to the analog stick button wasn't a very good idea since if you're particularly stressed and press down a little too hard for even a moment, you can wind up either cancelling the Skill you wanted to use or bring a potential escape to an abrupt halt because recharging has priority over all the other actions.
John Foster
>For me i had to play the last boss again to play Shinobu. You can simply talk to Shinobu in the trailer and skip through the second credits roll to unlock her.
Christopher Diaz
You have to beat the game again.
Wyatt Jackson
darn. thank you
Nicholas Sanders
Post your theory for NMH3 >IT guy will be one of the boss >more lore for the organistion >Badman and Charlotte are living an happy life >Travis maybe with have the silver eyes (maybe thanks to Kamui) >Some sudaverse things but less than in TSA >Henry will be back, and pissed at Travis or completely depressed. (Maybe playable in a special level.) >Jeanne (Travis daughter) will have more lore >Travis will die >but a clone of him will be made, to live with Sylvia in space like in the audio thing.
Jack Green
Just because the colors are somewhat vibrant and the characters are zany doesn't mean that the story is happy fun times. Fuck in the first NMH you fight your sister who you unknowingly dated for a time and whose breakup (because she discovered the relation after her father who abused her when she was a kid told her)led you to became an assasin. And then you fight your long lost twin brother that you don't remember cause you wanna bang his ex-wife. Thats a slow tuesday in florida.
Isaiah Davis
It's not the break up that made Travis an assassin, they dated when they were kids. it's when she killed Travis parents (during Travis early adulthood) that broke him, to the point when he forced himself to forgot and lived a shitty life.
Andrew Phillips
I stand corrected, its been almost a decade since i played it.
Adam Long
>travis will die Would be even more kino if you play in the epilogue as another character, a young guy like Travis was in NMH1, and fight Travis mirroring Death Metal .
Logan Nguyen
-More beam katanas -Better bike sections (if I had been able to sharp turn in NMH2 like I did in NMH1, that sumo motorcycle match with Ryuuji would've ended a lot sooner) -Instead of odd job mini-games, we get "publicity" events where Travis gets cash for doing things like signing autographs, shill-tweeting, twitch-streaming, and performing in awful commercials for local businesses -return of more clothes options besides shirts
James Phillips
>shill-tweeting, twitch-streaming, and performing in awful commercials for local businesses Travis isn't a fan of the new industry tho, at the time of TSA he doesn't like the new games and only buy indie games (beside a few.) , he wouldn't use his celebrity like that, hell he even said multiple times he doesn't like being popular.
Andrew Thomas
He probably didn't like driving his bike off of a ramp and into the toxic waters of Santa Destroy for a quick buck, but he did it anyway.
Aiden Gray
> the IT guy is probably the big boss of NMH3. Nigga I feel they set up like half the assassins in the text story. >Kamui >That waitress assassin >IT fucker >The rich guy who just hands you the balls Hell even Jeane talks during the credits The story is getting, as children these days would say, "way past cool".
Michael Martinez
Kamui will live in the light, TSA fucking resolve the plot of a 20 years old game, suda you madman. I think the waitress, the unreal tournament girl and the IT fucker will return, as boss and just characters. Mondo could be an hidden boss.
Hudson Perez
What was Travis life between the death of his parents (so when he was like 18) and when he became an assassin? (27 years old.) We know he did an unreal tournament but this was soon after NMH1. (the fucker somehow managed to use his killing skill also in vidyas. )
Owen Richardson
hey be nice
Landon Nelson
Woke up at 3 to play this. Not dissapointed, although a Tokio Morishima cameo would've been great. It probably would've ruined the emotional impact of it all, but dang, is he a great character. 26th Ward needs to happen.
Lincoln Wood
Goddamn. That leg. UNF! Is there a full body portrait of TSA Shinobu yet?
Austin King
Shinobu may be hot af but she is a cunt in term of personality.
Isaiah Stewart
Shinobu's skills are fun. Gonna read BSB
Alexander Ross
BSB?
Kevin White
Holyshit i didn't knew about Boneface before TSA but the guy is talented as fuck. i hope he will at least design one character or boss for NMH3 or another game from Suda.
Daniel Sanders
damn she doesn't have her belly button ring anymore
Gavin Perry
Should I NG+ now or wait for DLC2? Also, how does the Shinobu thing work? You unlock her post-game? Does she have dialogue in the DD MK2?
Dylan Adams

Kayden Jackson
this game blows, it's just a fucking moba
Parker Ross
waitress is from kurayami dance iirc
William Cooper
it really does look and play like a moba
Jacob Johnson
completely different character who just happens to have the same name
Jacob Turner
You might as well wait so you can play Killer Marathon together with the rest of the game in April. Shinobu is unlocked after watching the credits (even in an NG+, you won't have her at the start) and she has dialogue against bosses, yeah.
Dylan Smith
I don't get it, TSA is this 2-Player arcade game with elements of other games?
But it's just a spin-off not related to NMH 3?
Or do you need to play TSA because it's a pre-sequel kinda game
Cooper Russell
TSA is very important for NMH3 and also finish/add some lore about other suda's games.
Joshua Bell
pre-sequel to NMH3 like showing Travis's motivations up to that point & some characters in TSA are likely to show up in NMH3
It's a mindless beat em up where levels are in-universe some virtual reality videogames, but gameplay wise they all play the same with maybe some gimmicks attached to a couple of them. It's technically a pre-sequel yes, but I doubt anything in it would be very important to it, and what little plot that is possibly relevant to the sequel there is ,is summarizable in three lines
Michael Diaz
When does Mask De Smith appear to congratulate Travis on how far he came.
Thomas Harris
The game just doesn't look to be my cup of tea
Brayden Myers
>it's ok when japan does it
Eli Cruz
it's kinda simplified NMH gameplay from a bird's eye/third person view, except you also get a hotbar of 4 custom skills with separate recharge times. You can play solo or multi (stun effects and attacks will interrupt your partner, so you can't just mindlessly blitz through it all together).
The core gameplay is the same, but each game has its own theme, and sometimes they'll have more direct gimmicks in the actual gameplay. For instance, some levels will have the gimmick of different level routes or a small minigame to do alongside them, whereas others will have unique 2D portions, chase sequences, or a "kill everyone before you die" kinda stuff.
It's a spin-off that sets up some plot threads for NMH3, and also goes into detail from previous games (including some non-NMH games, though most of the non-NMH stuff is fanservice or references). Suda did say that he intends to have Travis carry over some form of the skill system from TSA though.
I'd recommend playing it. I usually hate beat 'em ups, but this one kept my attention pretty well. Maybe don't try to one-sitting it, I did a few levels a day for instance. Chip system is really neat, part of the fun is figuring out combinations that go well with your character and playstyle. For instance, Travis gets two unique chips that grant him projectiles and a berserk mode, whereas Badman gets a diceroll ability that boosts attack up to three times or stuns you and another skill that sends a baseball bouncing around the stage. You could do the same set on anyone if you pick only generic skills, but some chips will roll well with one character better due to their unique chips. Something like the heavy zone to slow the field plus berserk will let Travis FUCK someone up for instance.
Jack Walker
Contrary to most of the black characters made in the west, Shinobu doesn't act like a black stereotype.
Bentley Bailey
>mindless
Adam Turner
why does Travis love Mask de Smith so much?
Joshua Nelson
This guy isn't entirely off the mark, but the gameplay past Mild is definitely not mindless. If you just mash attacks, you'll get interrupted and wombo combo'd aplenty, and lots of enemies will have unique ways to fuck you or trip you up for more dangerous enemies. One particularly annoying guy will basically pin you to one location with machine gun fire, during which heavy bruiser type enemies are free to do their slowest but MEATIEST attack possible on you.
If you wanna go full brainlet, I'm sure you could get by the first few levels on the easier difficulties, but it definitely demands much more attention than the average beat 'em up.
Hudson Morgan
>it's kinda simplified NMH gameplay from a bird's eye/third person view, except you also get a hotbar of 4 custom skills with separate recharge times.
ie its a moba and it sucks
Adam Rodriguez
Even what little challange there is, doesn't really do anything to break how monotonous the beat em up is, I'm sorry to say it but I do consider it mindless anyway, if anything because it rarely does things to change it up and once you know how to deal with an enemy type, it becomes automatic
Jayden Garcia
This is "Going into KH2 after skipping Chains of Memories" all over again.
When will people realize most Japan games consider spinoffs just as important?
Levi Scott
>fag>452702137 not even gonna bother giving you a (You)
I won't argue that it can get monotonous, which is why I suggest taking a break every now and then, or spacing levels across sessions, but I do think the enemy variety is big enough and well-tooled enough that I never really get to just completely shut my brain off during fights. Some of the later boss fights are pretty involved too, especially Smoking King.
Luis Thompson
>yfw a NMH character rants about gamers and gamer reviews
Considering usually the backstory of NMH game is in some comic or shit nobody knew beforehand, it's pretty sure you will most likely be lost in the beginning of NMH3 anyway
Jose Perry
Will NMH3 tie into Outer Rim? There's that one interview where Suda said he wants to do massive battles like the ones seen in Avengers Infinity War and wants to increase the threat levels of the enemies Travis faces. In Outer Rim, Travis Touchdown is immortal,[/spoilers] so what if NMH3 ends with Travis gaining godly Thanos powers which would explain his immortality in Outer Rim.
Nathaniel Taylor
The backstories in NMH1 and 2 are simple and neatly summed up in the opening. This is a whole game of set up.
Asher Powell
Look at the bright side, at least TSA will be on the same console as NMH3 unlike CoM and vanilla KH2.
Kayden Lopez
Where can I read more on the NHM/sudaverse lore?
I didn't know stuff like The Outer Rim or the pre-release erotica book were even a thing until these threads.
Charles Murphy
There's some stuff around but many things are lost and you have to play the games. Like, the Suda wiki is missing a lot on the Silver Case games
Landon Mitchell
It's what I feared. I guess I hoped some heroic user had stuff saved or something.
Dang.
Landon Gomez
Everything is hosted in different places and translated by different people so it's kinda hard to place everything I'm working on a web page that could work as a hub for hotlinking to all that stuff but my plate is kinda full at the moment Do you people think it would be worth it to make a pastebin for these threads linking to all these things? I'll do it in 30 minutes or so if the thread is still up
Levi Perry
Since the update, i'm missing one azteca stone in ETT2 and another one in CIA, do you guys know where are they located ?
Nathan Anderson
if that was the case her mother wouldnt be telling the current sucker about her daughter being a con-artist
Joshua Jenkins
>Travis tells Johnson he's a huge Shadows of the Damned >Shinobu claims while confronting Eight Hearts that Travis was constantly bitching about the game >yfw Travis was just trying to butter up Johnson
how do I get the Aztec coin in room 302 in Coffee and Doughnuts
Jaxon Davis
No she acts like a slave for the white man and that's what you love.
James Bailey
anyone?
Jose Bell
She does, she's just a 70's blacksploitation stereotype and not a modern one
Bentley Ward
Is that the forest room with the castle at the beginning? If so there's a part of the floor you can break a little after the start of that room and it's in that room
Isaac Wright
Not him but no not really. Her personality is basically just bitchy closet nerd. I can see the blacksploitation angle in terms of character design maybe but not in terms of personality
Christian Wood
Aren't there a load of black weebs in America, to the point it has become a stereotype itself?
How old is your switch? The thing that allowed the exploit was hardware based so the can never patch it out
Brayden Adams
Yeah America has plenty of black weebs but I still wouldn't say it's the main aspect of her character. It's definitely there but she's always hidden her power level better than Travis and isn't as hardcore a web as he is
Owen Murphy
HELP ME LADS
Jayden Ortiz
>was planning to replay as Shinobu >enjoy Badman's side scenario >can't decide whether to replay as one or the other now
I don't know if I'd call her a nerd, she's just got extremely terrible self-awareness. She doesn't realize that she's an otaku's wet dream with a stereotypical samurai backstory/personality in a world that plays analogous to reality and a protagonist who is a fourth wall breaking sociopath. In NMH1 she spouts generic movie quotes like "you killed my father" to which Travis is the one who makes the pop culture reference, despite Shinobu's dad actually being an honorbound swordmaster. It's why she's unironically going through with this "master" shit. She's not a nerd as much as she's just raised as if she belongs in a samurai movie.
You can even tell she's kind of a fake nerd since she keeps shouting "Moe" just because Travis keeps saying it, at least in NMH2 she doesn't even know what the word means. TSA keeps that personality up by her admitting she hates video games and keeps wishing both her ex and Travis had given up on them to pay more attention to her. She also nopes the fuck out of every boss that isn't Smoking King just because there's too much game-y bullshit. It was actually kinda funny going back to Eight Hearts, I felt kinda sentimental when I first played it, but from Shinobu's perspective that shit looks wack.
Lot of guys, but not a lot of girls. real girls, not ((((girls)))) .
Mason Collins
Badgirl probably love the game for real tho, according to badman at least.
Brody Carter
>by her admitting she hates video games and keeps wishing both her ex and Travis had given up on them to pay more attention to her. Just like real girls...Fuck suda that was too close.
Kayden Barnes
I ended up doing it regardless, feel free to post this every time people ask where to find stuff pastebin.com/G01NY0vV I'm pretty sure it's complete but if I missed anything let me know
Easton Collins
Assuming Travis is a stand in for Suda during that talk and assuming Shinobu hadn't seen him in like 7 years it's possible Travis/Suda was upset at the time but over the years grew to accept it. That's what I got from the exchange personally.
Gabriel Edwards
Just played The Silver Case (the first chapter, Lunatics) Were those the characters from Moonlight Syndrome? Heard Suda kills them at the beginning of the game.
Jordan Sanchez
Adding on to this, the 5 playthroughs thing Shinobu mentions also mirrors the 5 revisions the game went through during development.
Yes, the moonlight syndrome has three survivors, Ryo Kazan and Rumi Touba get gunned down at the beginning of TSC after Ryo was presumably driven crazy by the appearence of the ghost of Mika Kishi and all the loss he had to endure, while Yayoi Itsushima (the girl who was indirectly responsible for most of the deaths in MS) appears as Yayoi Hanayama in FSR taking a vacation
Hey fellow Sudanons, just a reminder it's shipping next week and I should have the ce by no later than mid March. I'll get everything from the artbook and upload the interview and we'll have a nice thread.
the charadesigner of NMH is really on another level.
They should stop creating so many amazing characters just to kill them brutally in 10 mins, every single one of them would deserve an entire game
Logan Lee
Thanks user! if it's written in french, i can translate (in broken english, but that's better than nothing. )
Isaac Nelson
thank you so much
Justin Ross
TSA characters were designed by Boneface, not the usual guy who only designed Travis. (i think, maybe he did Shinobu and Charlotte but i'm not sure.)
Levi Cruz
>not the usual guy who only designed Travis. (i think, maybe he did Shinobu and Charlotte but i'm not sure.) That's correct. Kozaki came back to design Shinobu and Bad Girl for TSA but the rest of the designs were done by Boneface. I fucking love both of their stuff.
Bentley Martin
well I guess both of them are awesome then
Kozaki is a God

The French version is going out this week I can translate it too, but thanks for the offer but I snagged an English version, which is going out next week.
It's my pleasure. It's my way of giving back to the anons that hooked me up with Kurayami Dance translations and TSC 4.5. Did they find the other story with the green character yet?
Luke Gonzalez
wait this isn't free? lol guess I'll never play her then
Noah Morgan
DLC is free if you bought the retail copy.
Luke Jones
I love this Noice
Ian King
Still have this game but haven't gotten around to actually playing it yet cuz I'm a fuckhead who gets easily distracted. Did remember to at least put in my code for the season pass, though. What exactly does this update add? And there's one more after it, right? Tell me there's a single player mode for Badman
Owen Brooks
you can play through the game as him if thats what youre asking update adds Shinobu as playable & Badman's own 8-bit scenario
Alexander Walker
Hell yeah, when I got to that part I just let that bittune Pleather for Breakfast rock.
You can replay the levels as many times as you want after you finish the game and you can use badman for every level minus the final one He gets original dialogue with NPCs and bosses and so does Shinobu
Caleb Martinez
How do you get the zelda 2 tshirt? I didnt get it, do you have to beat CIA again?
Josiah Bell
Ant Shinobu fanservice like NMH2?
Thomas Morales
No, the save rooms are censored Suda reprotedly wants to move away from sexual content because the sexier stuff in SotD, LC and KiD was forced on him by the producers and he didn't want the GHM brand to be overly associated with it
Nicholas Hall
Were earlier pre NMH Suda games overtly sexual? Outside of that one sex scene in Killer7 I'm struggling to think of much, did producers really force it on him?
Thomas Martin
Yeah, it's pretty well documented that Kadokawa forced him to add the gigolo missions in KiD. I think the some of the sexual aspects of Lolipop Chainsaw were done intentionally out of parody but I'm not totally sure since I never played it. I think the stuff in SotD and Killer7 was done to purposefully to disgust the player or at least convey something like Samantha's character.
Jaxson Cook
Yes, in the art of GHM he talks at lenght about how paula in SotD was meant to be a little spirit who lived in Garcia's gun but the producers wouldn't understand it and had him turn her into a sexy lady, and how Killer is Dead had the gigolo missions being basically forced on him by the producers as well, and there's musings of him about GHM getting too associated with sexual imagery hence why there isn't much sexy fanservice at all in TSA Some of his previous games have sexual content but it wasn't meant to be titillating if that makes sense, people just happened to fuck during their lives, except for sumio who's a permavirgin
Juan Nguyen
There were some intentional shit, but it wasn't forced upon you.
