I want to say Vita is the best, but I'd be lying if I said I played and enjoyed my Vita more than my 3DS. Same goes for PSP and DS. I hacked them all and I played my Nintendo handhelds way more. That's not to say that I didn't like my PSP or that I don't like my Vita, but I just play my DS and 3DS more since it had more games that I wanted on them.
