Just look up efficient combos on youtube, the rest comes with experience. Combo challenges rot your brain since most of them are unefficient and needlesssly complicated.
If you wanna know more about basic mechanics then the regular tutorial is a good introduction.

Aside from youtube and dustloop all I can really recommend are the discord character servers, some of them are still active and have plenty of people willing to answer any questions you have about the character, though some of them are also either completely dead or filled with bitter faggots.

Just crank it up to hell mode. Difficulty depends mostly on which bot you're fighting and matchups.

awful advice, playing CPUs at high difficulty won't help you learn at all. CPUs just read inputs and decide when they get hit or not, there's no way to practice any kind of conditioning or mixups on a CPU, you're just better off to use training mode and grind online matches
