I've played a lot of Isaac and only beaten Dead Cells past hard mode. I'm in the mindset of unlocking all items, including trash ones since I'm an autistic about it. Unlike Isaac, you can't really roll with the punches of using a bad item so it's a little more luck based.

Its still going to be hard.... next you will complain about every other games hardest difficulty being too hard and that those should be easier too. If you want to play those extra level/s you're just going to have to get good plain and simple.
