-ar. Like every fucking "branching path" region before it, areas will be locked off by obstacles requiring specific moves like Cut, or badges.

>lineaar
good spelling user

Let's hope there's something in all those flashy cities, because those routes look as straight and plain as SM's.

every building faces the same direction

I thought this was a giant flying island. That would be radical

Ooooh myy gooood its just like fixed camera zelda!

This looks exactly like STALKER before the bomb in Chernobyl went off. And Yea Forums loves that game. As do I.

>late game ice area which will be the only place to get ice types

Why do they keep doing this.

It actually would. Looking quickly it looks like the water is far deeper than it really is.

pokemon big ben is twice as tall as the mountains

Get ready for small bushes, Knee high rocks, Lighting up caves, and being forced to swim across that lake.
It's linear.

>start at bottom end on top
>no linear

they should have kept an island or two, it made alola limited space much more pleasing on the map.
Maybe start in pokeIreland and walk to civilization as the story progress.

shut up faaggot

has anybody in this thread ever seen Britain? the only thing about this map that is """""wrong""""" is that they deleted Ireland

Unrelated, but what is the state of 3ds emulation? I want to play Sun/Moon, but I hate playing on handhelds.

Next version will add it

Ice type needs a serious buff in general

do we know the villians of this region yet?

my thread proves the other onions thread wrong
and the other shit thread uses a low res version of the map where you can't actually see the different paths.
this Pokemon game will be just as linear or non linear (however you wanna take it) as the previous ones.

mainland Britain and they've flipped the map matey

I haven't tried sun or moon yet but it seems to depend on the game. SMT IV Apocalypse works near perfectly while others like Fire Emblem chug. I'd imagine Pokémon is high priority for the Citra devs so it's worth a shot.

People who don't pay for their Pokemon license

immigration

Why is London a backwater village that leads up to Glasgow which is top notch?

upside down mate

So that means there's a giant mountain between Oxford and London?

I didn't know Pokemon was 100% geographically accurate with its locations. If you know the UK you can see the maps upside down

That's...that's good game design, user. You get abilities that let you progress further as well as go back and find more areas.
Removing HMs was a mistake though, it made the roadblocks arbitrary shit like Pokémon having autistic fits.

ugh, why would they think anyone would want a grimy London as their main town?

and just when the graphics finally got decent

why'd didn't they do this when they had worse graphics and instead do the Paris one NOW?

This is painfully ironic.

dumb user

Sounds like they actually fixed Britain.

what's dumb, having TASTE?

GTFO, steampunk NIGGER

>map branches off in two directions
>something is blocking one of the routes
Its been like this since gen 1 you absolute retard

Anyone got the leak that someone posted about Armored Mewtwo?

London is in the wrong place in the Pokemon one

theresa may

they've flipped the map. The city at the top is London and the little village at the bottom could be Inverness or Aviemore

>tfw we will probably get a nessie pokemon or nessie reference.
>possibly a regional lapras variant.
This game is already comfy.

I haven't played a Pokemon game since Black and White and I thought it looked okay. I'll probably wait until its out and people confirm if its handholdy or not before I buy it.
