Memes aside, the proportional difference between Spain and Mexico is much smaller accounting for populations and economies. The difference between Brazil and Portugal is too damn massive, there are even more Portuguese people in Brazil than vice versa even if Brazil is much poorer just because there are more business opportunities due to scale.
