Campaign got a bit stagnant and the AI was too retarded for me I was granted fiefs and castles and became marshall but even with good reputation they wouldn't appear when i called for a campaign. They kept feasting and I was the only one fighting off 2 enemy factions raiding our territory

What difficulty are you guys playing Warband on?
I'm playing it on 100% damage taken lately to force myself to take more of a commander role instead of being a one man army and it makes fight way more intense. Also siege defence isn't a fucking cakewalk.
