I think the story arcs have potential, but it doesn't really work due to the fact that Luke (the creator) also has to balance it out with drama breaking comedy moments to make sure those who only watch for the "lulz" don't disappear.

His content is obviously aimed at small children so there are probably underages on Yea Forums right now who watch him (including you OP). I remember seeing some of his videos way back when his channel was starting and they were mediocre, the editing was garbage and the jokes were weak save for the occasional slapstick, it also had out of place cameos of what I assumed were other Mario 64 bloopers youtubers.

I stumbled upon his channel again years later and his content got much worse, they stopped being about Mario 64 and became a shitty Garry's Mod comedy with stale jokes, there were also way too many videos about Mario in [insert popular game here] and Mario meets [meme], makes me think he is just doing for the money at this point.

The problem is that she feels out of place. SMG4 started out as a Mario parody, and she and the rest of the OCs kinda removed that. I honestly think that the only reason that she gets the most hate was because she was the first of them to deviate from the norm.

She also tends to get shipped with Mario by the fanbase (even though Peach exists), which is like shipping a 30 year old with a teenager.

99.5% was the first video I saw from him. War of the fat italians, the wario bros videos and the Goldeneye guards episodes made me laugh my ass off. For how often he made those videos, there was a consistent quality to them. He peaked in mid-2014 (best mix of text, sound effect and voice acting).

I stopped watching somewhere in 2016. Obviously, he was gonna decline, like any youtubers. The waifus are pretty jarring but I want to say it's not as bad as it could have been. Also his IRL self hasn't changed one bit, so I respect that at least.

I was trying to be an up and coming gmod animator couple years back when the Splatoon models hit the workshop.
I made a Splatoon animation about the game, nothing with OC’s, but fell into their radar. It was one of the reasons I stopped.
