There should be. Look up some of the romhacks that add in every pokemon, they usually have some way of using an item to evolve trade only evo pokemon. I recommend finding one that rebalances every trainer's team as well.

Gen 5 was weird because they made all the normie pokemon more natural again, but then they made the legendaries further into the Digimon/Robot territory
So they feel like they're almost from two different generations of pokemon
Also I liked all the Forces of Nature trio but the issue is it's the similar territory as the Legendary Dogs because they're based on JApanese mythology of gods.
