Is there no class that you have a general preference for? You should be more concerned with what you find fun instead of what's considered the "right" or "wrong" class. In my case, I prefer playing blaster mages, so I just choose that in every RPG I play.

They might not do it on purpose, but there are definitely times where a game obviously favors some classes more than others. Vanilla Skyrim, for example, is really bad for mages, particularly destruction mages.

If I were a dev then I would. I'd make classes with really slow but powerful attacks that can stagger enemies if you don't get interrupted, fill the earlygame with lots of little weak shits that swarm you, and then abandon them soon as midgame hits for dudes that will wreck you if you can't stagger them.

I used to do this when I was younger. I even did it in Vanilla WoW. I never ate food or used consumables, just sold everything on the AH. At least I could afford my epic mount at level 60 unlike most people.
