Take your particular character's mission mode with a grain of salt because it's not optimal. But basically replace all instances of 2A+D with 22A/B since being buffed makes Wagner that much stronger.
Also fighting us will probably give us and you a better idea what you need to improve on. I think someone made a better version of my pic-related though. I definitely wrote more on this topici.

It really does. I like doing it in the corner because that’s when people panic and DP. Even if they don’t and they block it, you’re still safe and having that space in between you helps to keep that fear in them while you can go for more pressure, further forcing them to respect your next attack

I woke up hella early on Sunday and caught Kamone streaming some matches. For those of you unaware, FB has been trying to recruit another Battle Planner and people were asking him about what the job mostly entailed. Kamone mentioned that it was pretty challenging work being the only BP at the company and I distinctly remember in an interview between multiple BPs that he was the only one for FB while Arcsys had like two representing them. Someone asked him the process in which a character was "made" and he went in detail about how movelists are made.
Series artist Yoshihara drew up the characters and it was up to the team to create the movement and actions that felt "natural" to the given character's looks. On the specific topic of command grabs, he gave the example that someone like Hazama from BB looked like that sort of person to sneak his way in your defenses, thus it would make sense for him to have one. He brought up an odd case with Narukami from P4A having one despite being a main character. Kamone's interpretation of that was that Narukami was a leader so he'd have access to every tool available. He mentioned Fei Long and Yang from SF but that was around the time I zoned out.

Samurai lady is one of the more technical characters to learn, the other one with the sword and knife is much easier to start with but does have a fair amount of alternative combo routes that are tricky to pull off.

That being said I'd say give the PC version a pirate first and see how ya feel about the way the combos and general game mechanics (vorpal, chain shift, force function, etc) work before investing.

PS3/4 has crossplay. We play on console the most.
PC doesn't show network quality and is as problematic as PS3/4 but you at least know what you're getting into while you're in the dark with PC
