if they're fast and melee oriented they can beat him. he consistently no sells energy based attacks but is easily wounded my physical stuff. a weakened sonic stabbing him with a regular old knife is enough to hurt him. this is further reinforced by it being said he learned the deadly words so he could counter cheeto man, who shows himself as a pure physical master. it's only a matter of figuring out how to deal with the deadly words.

Troll King is still High Tier, but I think if you stripped that arm and the Words of Death from him he's outclassed by a good 20% of the cast. Coyote, Rob, and Cheeto Man all have a shot even when he has them.
