Twitter is good for lewd stuff (and publicity) but they heavily compresses images so that's a big warning, also their timeline system isn't the best for viewing art I feel (although it seems like they're banning loli/shota soon?). Pixiv is great for maintaining quality and having a good UI but you need to censor a certain part of the penis and vagina due to Japan law, people get around this by hiding it in the first image in a group of images I believe, that or linking the uncensored in the description.
