You know how around 2011 a lot of games would jump the shark to appeal to the ironic, sardonic crowd with wacky, satirical shit? Because Saints Row 3 is like, the epitome of that. Same deal with Borderlands 2. The difference is, Saints Row 3 is playable, and at times even really witty with the quips from boss and company, but a lot of the other jokes are just juvenile shit, and not in a fun way like in beavis and butthead, but more in a "haha big naked man haha dildo haha"
4 is like if someone wanted to make Prototype 3 but without what made 1 fun.
