I like all the DMCs but 5 definitely feels the best. I like the low gravity and the ease of jump cancelling. Makes styling a lot more easy and spontaneous when you don't have to plan your combos so you end at exactly the right place to jump cancel - you can just do it pretty much whenever.

Try and stick to trickster and swordmaster, switching between them constantly.
Trickster especially as your movement ability to get close or dodge quickly, swordmaster to get damage in.

RG is extremely easy to use against most bosses once you abuse jump into RG.
Gunslinger is weak, but stylish.

Ebony shoots slow but hits very hard.

Yes to both, when in Gunsliger you get two fire buttons, each fires Ebony or Ivory, one being much stronger and the other firing faster, also being in Gunsliger alone autocharges the guns

No, he's consciously evil. Vergil is evil. Will you just accept the fact that he's evil, Urizen is evil and it's not out of character for him to go full demon. If anything, after spending years in a permanent Devil Trigger and being corrupted by Mundus it would be weird if he did not go full demon and reject his humanity. It's also kind of the core of the whole series as a theme but w/e.
