I guess you can call me a Nintende but did anyone fucking buy these? Are they any good for those who did?

Why when you can just fire up your NES?

Cause the tech is aging and not the ideal way of playing them anymore, NES Classic hacked is the best way to go nowadays

>Can't get these legitimately until import
They look so cool...except last time I checked they were in the 170dollar range.

Where the hell you find them at that price? Here in the US they are $60 which is still way to fucking much

Yeah, I'm holding out for these. Can you even buy the NES controllers anywhere yet?

Wait no I am a fucking retard, I didn't blow up the image and thought they were NES controllers

Some third-party ones exist

I wouldn't purchase one myself but they're probably good for Tetris 99

>spending all that money on fake NES shit when you can just get an actual NES instead and get the real experience

brainlets detected

I think those only work with the NES app, and ONLY with that. You're better off buying one of the 8bitdo controllers that look like NES/Famicom ones.

NES hardware is acceptable but is objectively not the best way of playing the games nowadays.

>But muhh experience

Analog sticks are required.
I tried playing with an 8BitDo SFC30 and the D-Pad gets treated like the left analog.

>Finding a perfectly fine and working NES / NES games with working save batteries.

Nah they do work with all games, if I would buy a par it be for Shovel Knight but take note the D Pad is treated like a D pad in games like Smash so it won't work there

If you think that way then just use an emulator you fucking spazz

I go for the options that I can pay for before piracy if it can be bought like Mother 1 on Wii U I do that, but if it ain't provided like english Mother 3 I pirate

Oh yeah, forgot about that.

You drones are all fucking metal and allow Nintendo to dick over everyone who’s not a mouth breathing retard like the rest of you. Go play in traffic.

How the fuck do you even buy these things. I know they're one of the """"special"""" offers for Nintendo Online but I don't see them anywhere on the e-shop or the NES game app.

Did you not even read the thread? Or are you one of those faggots that comment from the front page

I think you order them on the Nintendo site or My. Nintendo

Why would I buy it? I've got giant hands, I can't hold them.

Anything they look neat on a shelf in the packaging

>getting these when they are inevitably going to make SNES ones when the SNES games hit

>thinking they'll ever release snes games when they're still busy trickling out 2 mediocre NES games a month

They will when they charge extra for 2 SNES games a month

>NES
>save batteries

Nintendo can live the next 50 years just by selling pure nostalgia to their fans for exorbitant prices

Why they even make new stuff anymore is beyond me. It's a waste of time and money

most of the worthwhile ones use them

Do these connect to PC?

I might buy the inevitable SNES ones if so

They’re easy as fuck to replace moron. Also the batteries are in the CARTS you stupid zoomer.

They're pretty nice for 1/2 button neogeo games. I mostly use them for Puzzle Bobble 2, Magical Drop 3, Twinkle Star Sprites, or Windjammers.

read his post again

Good a thread as any.

Could anyone tell me the best bluetooth controller to use for phone emulation of mainly SNES and GBA stuff? Using a Galaxy S9 if that matters at all. Totally new to this shit since I'm an old fuck who wants to play some games I loved or missed on this new fucking phone that is smarter than me.

The 8bitdo is pretty good, it works on the Switch too but it's a bit harder to get working on the Switch. It comes with a thing to attach the controller to your phone so you don't need a stand for it

I think they are bluetooth like the Joycons

>No charging port
>You literally have to stop using them and attach them onto the console to charge
Who comes up with this shit

>Spending more for a Joycon with less buttons and less features
Literally fucking why?

The charging actually wasn't as bad as I thought user, plus if you got more than 2 controller needing to be charged rather than having 5000 fucking USB cables you can buy chargers that do 4 for $20

Thanks. I'll start by looking there then.

Uless you use the touchscreen
