This addition to the review system was one of the best things Valve did. Highlights any review bombs which could be a case of angry group faggotry or the developer pushing a really shitty patch, and could show a bad game improving itself over time.
Only thing I wish they would add was a three star score - a "Neutral" review option instead of a hard Recommend or Not Recommend. Just a way to give a conditional review without a thumb accompanying it.
