BallisticNG, right?

Turns are artificial difficulty
Why should I have to slow down when the whole point is to go fast?

uh no thats mario kart obviously

No eurobeat

True arcade racing is harder and harder to come by. It's either "yet another clone of the original outrun" or "1 or 2 physics tweaks away from being a full-blown sim"

then play a drag racing game and have fun mashing one fucking button retard

>tfw no Fzero likes where turning doesnt slow you down to half speed

Post best racing choons lads

I really wanted to like this game, but it feels too floaty for me, and the way cornering work wasn't enjoyable. Back to Wipeout Omega it is.

The only game I've ever seen that had drag racing was that Need for Speed street racing game on the PS2 that let you rice your shit out and advertised "infinite customization" because the paintjobs had 256bit colors or something.

It's just very different, but I know what you mean
The fact that hitting the walls is sometimes beneficial wierds me out, but goddamn the aesthetic and sense of speed keeps me coming back. I like that the tracks are wide enough to allow for different ways to corner, and the track shortcuts include flying off of shit sideways, it's great fun at higher level.

Trackmania.
Did they copyright this multiplayer ghost system or something? Why don't other racing games have party servers like this
