What are you playing?
Currently playing bayonetta on the switch, she’s hot.

CivVi, wargroove and unholy nights. Regret buying DK tropical whatever

Dragon Quest Builders.

It's a whole lotta cozy. It reminds me of Dark Cloud; in fact, I've been listening to the Dark Cloud OST while playing and it goes well.

Travis Strikes Again. Screw Metacritic, that game is fucking amazing.

Why do you regret Tropic Freeze? I thought it was fantastic, unless your already own it on WiiU or something.

Shining Resonance Refrain

It's alright

Horizon Chase Turbo. I was a big Top Gear fan back in the day so this hits me right in the nostalgias....

Octopath right now. Ordered Civ 6 recently.

Alternating between Hollow Knight and Final Fantasy IX.

Alternating between Octopath, Tales, and Wargroove, with some Smash lobbies online with friends to break up the mix. Also brought Hollow Knight so I can replay it on the go, but I haven't really been able to squeeze it in as much as I'd like to.

Dark Souls Remastered
My first Souls game actually since I didn't really want to buy a controller for my computer just for it

Hollow Knight, Wargroove, and MonHun namely. I have like 20 games and I have ADD and struggle to finish anything.

>Playing this, its okay
>Getting my shit pushed in by Jinas all of a sudden

Danmaku Unlimited 3, really in the mood for shmups right now so I've been playing that the last couple days. Can only get to about the stage 3 boss in under three continues on graze/hard, but I'll get there eventually.
Bayo was real fun.
That does look cozy, might have to check that out a bit more.

Octopath and Xenoblade.

>Dragon Quest Builders.
Is it any good? It looks too much like Minecraft for my liking.

How is Monster Hunter on the Switch?

Waiting for Yoshi, finished all the games I currently have already.

finally at the cia level in travis strikes again. i like the game, but i know why anyone who isnt huge with suda51 wouldnt like it. i loved the shadows of the damned, and the cool dog you get after
>thats hella funny

>Is it any good?
not that user but just try the free demo, it's on the eshop

Great if you like MonHun in general, its nice to not play on a DS. Dunno if you are coming from World though.

Did anyone here get Dragon Marked for Death? I feel like it dropped off the face of the Earth after it released

Just got into Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle. Really enjoying what I've played so far and diggin' on the charm.

I'm currently playing Dragon Quest Builders, Sonic Mania, and Hyrule Warriors. Is it strange that this is like my favorite platform to play games on right now? I feel like I'm gonna be buying way more switch games than anything else after March.

I'm interested in this game but I want to wait for it to drop in price some.

Just beat Okami. It's a shining example of what a Switch port should be.

I have that but its down far on the backlog. Should I push it up the list if I've never played it?

Nothing. Got bored of smash after two weeks and I can play literally everything else worth playing on PC. Fuck this console.

how is CivVI on switch? i heard it's not going to get the expansions and that once your game has gone on for a while, the load times between turns take forever.

Shiny hunting a bagon. I'm out of games my current hardware can run so I'm replacing my PC in a few months.

Just Smash Ultimate waiting on my bros to bring me my Chinese food

i remember renting it at blockbuster and just before the ninetails fox boss (which was awesome) and i had to return it. bought the port and thought the game was near over after i got to there. im now at the wintery level with my bugs hometown and shit i never knew this game was so long.

but yeah, buy it. its a big deal

It's a decent game imo. If you like 3D Zeldas you should enjoy Okami as well.

dqb is great. just starting playing it myself
i'm enjoying it a lot and i don't like minecraft. it has more structure to it and a lot of comfy features that reduce the tedium (like fast travel and pretty much infinite-sized inventory)

It’s Minecraft-like but there’s enough DQ to still be a DQ game with Minecraft tacked in

Hollow Knight with small sessions of Golf Story thrown in

not strange at all. i'm an idort and switch is pretty much tied with PC for me. ps4 has been collecting dust since i'm waiting for RDR2 to come to pc.

It deserves the name Ultimate
It’s literally all I wanted
A good monster hunter game that not on the fucking 3DS, still portable, I can use a real fucking controller and I can put it on my TV
After playing and getting bored of MHW this is hands down the superior game

This
Everything was basically perfect
They genuinely outdid themselves

Yeah the loading times suck did.
Like 8 seconds of waiting for a 2 hour game means like 10 minutes of load time waiting fucking sucks man

I absolutely hated World, so this is good to hear. Wasn't my MonHun.

Hollow Knight and Smash

It's great, and this is coming from someone who doesn't like Minecraft or Minecraft type games. It has the same old Dragon Quest charm, and enough of a story to make the building feel like its something worth doing rather than just mindlessly building for no reason other than piss easy survival.

How far are you? I just got the teleport to the get the Great Mallet from the hammer guys. I want to know if or when I can expand the size of my town. Or if building outside the highlighted area means anything.

Playing Tropical Dong right now.

>Dragon Quest Builders.
Is it worth playing the first one with the sequel coming out soon?

I just built a foundry and started making steel items. I do think you need to build thinks within your boundaries for it to count. I built a watchtower that was outside and it didnt count. not sure but I also think elevation matters for some things.

I also am playing that. It might be my favorite Dragon Quest spinoff.

>and enough of a story to make the building feel like its something worth doing rather than just mindlessly building for no reason other than piss easy survival.
How story based is it then? Are you like confined by it, or is it just something to go along with while building.

Not him. Its somewhat quest driven as far as the building goes. Someone in the town will request something and you go ahead and locate materials and create what's needed. But there is a story that ties itself back into Dragon Quest 1.
