Don't own an xbox one i never bothered to get one because of the entire tv/drm meme shit at e3 but halo ce/2/online makes me really sad while playing because i will never experience it at shitty resolution with 30 frames and the xbox headset ingame mic quality

im sure most of this is in my head or because im older and its more difficult to make friends for some reason, but i remember running into cool people all the time in halo 2 and other online games between 2002 - 2008. now it seems most people don't socialize period and the rest are either these obnoxious pro streamer/esports wannabes that take everything deathly serious.

its gay how everyone is in party chat now. part of the fun was hearing everyone talk

God I want this to be THE HALO GAME since 3. I want a good story, but I want it to feel like lonely and expansive Halo 1 again too. With some surprises but not over bloated shit like we've been getting since reach.

It's only a matter of time until they cave and put MCC on PC, probably along side Infinite but until then like you said we do have CE, Project Cartographer, and Online to fill the void
