guy who made this one here, I hoped to have my own thread to explain it but it didn't fly so good.
Basically while working on the tierlist it became far too top heavy so this week was a lot harsher in movements down, I know the tierlist isn't something to be taken too seriously but I was trying to make it look a bit less of a mess.
I wrote down the changes while doing it:
- Leon moved down a tier
- Arthur up a a tier
- Spy/Champ lore updated
- Moved Max Payne down a tier, fights hard but no wins make it hard to keep his position
- Moved Armstrong up 2 tiers
- Agent 47 down 2, got tossed around then did nothing
- Deleted the duplicates of Mr X and Dutch, declutter move
- Claire down 2 tiers, power level not changed, move to declutter tops
- Ada down 1 tier, ditto as claire
- John Witcher and Majima down a tier as part of decluttering
- Zombi-Chan, Rantaro, Ethan Winters up to declutter and also too establish power gap
- Dante and Spy Dante moved out of tier lists for this week due to identify confusion
- Leather man 2nd highest tier, possibly better fit for 3rd highest but it’s tough to ignore submissions on top tier fighters he had
- Gold in bronze, strong performance but Leather got the submissions so Gold is edged out of a higher tier
- Mrs X placed below Claire, as while she did survive the pure retard strength she did not fight her, above Ada because she has shown herself to be smarter than her.
- I decided against moving Vergil down for this week, saved only by the large amount of changes made this week, but he is on the edge of going down esp after that count out.
