Not him, but it's a genuinely good design and if you're only complaint is that it sort of looks like Sonic then that's not really a complaint. The colors are actually objectively way better aesthetically than dtp's design, especially when it comes to Klonoa's brown boots in his first appearance. I love Klonoa, but brown doesn't really compliment or stand out against anything. LV has good colors.
