Mine might be hackable I'm waiting for a usb a-c cable to arrive so I can check. I wanted it mostly for Bayonetta 3, Animal Cross and Daemon Ex Machina whcih seems fun from the demo, and I guess theres Astral Chain too. Tetris99 is legit the best BR game I've played as well

First, the actual final version of the Smash is better on the switch, and it actually feature self shadowing that is one of the heaviest rendering loads on a modern game.
Secondly, ALL the other WiiU to switch direct ports feature a bump from 720p to 1080p, which is literally twice the pixels to work with.
And there is even a quite drastic case on Fast Racing neo vs Fast racing RMX, where the game jumps from 640x720 to 1920x1080, but this was most likely because Fast racing neo was trying to pull current gen rendering bullshit on a DX10 GPU that was just not made for that.

Typically people don't count bad games when talking about exclusives.
