Inquisition had some good companions (some, others were awful) but it had a braindead story and combat, so it wasnt a good RPG. Banter being fun made it passable at best

2 was still a good game, EA simply did not give BioWare enough time to finish it.
Just because a company shuts down doesn't mean the people who made the game great cant band together and make a new company/game.
Steve Jobs did a good talk on this but basically as a tech company gets bigger and bigger the people who actually make stuff become less important in terms of making more money and marketing who are really important in making more money at this point slowly take over acquiring all the positions of power and influence.
