At least we still have washing machines
do you think anyone will make a thread about ever17 when may 1st2034 rolls around?
will Yea Forums still exist then?
>tfw I went through E17 2 years ago at the exact same time it took place in-game
I was quite surprised the first time I saw the dates, thought it would change dynamically based on your internal clock or something
Probably not
Hiro is starting to get that his plans to make money off of Yea Forums aren't going to work
And I doubt he'll sell the site to someone else
I don't know, but I'll make a Never7 thread on April 1st this year
Creator of Danganronpa and writer of ever 17 work together on a new game that take action in an underwater amusement park
Was this scene supposed to have so much innuendo
You was the most JUSTED not getting any love interest and being throwaway character
Teen Mom can't compete with immortal tsundere pussy
Motherfucker
This game is super comfy, I don't know why people hate it so much
Can??
Kick????
Who????????
Yea Forums may not exist, but a clone site may. Not sure which one will take off though.
>Clone
Plebs who cant appreciate cozy rainbow textbox and best pseudololi
Is she the most stacked girl in the Infinity series? Only Utsumi seems like she could compete.
tfw no Tsumugi gf
>MOMMY MILKIES
What did Satoru mean by this?
Naturally, I knows the hacker
>it's 2019
>remember 11 still makes zero sense
I/O makes Remember11 look like a very straightforward story
fuck you
>Motorboating titties before you're even born
I'm at the part where goth chick welds a hole in the weird escape pod thing but I don't wanna play any more if the dog dies please tell me I can keep playing thanks
R11 is literally unfinished and ends with a dumb cliffhanger. Unless I got/remember the wrong ending(s). It's been fucking 9 years since I played it.
Don't worry about it.
Actual spoiler: He's a mechanical dog, whatever happens to him can be fixed
It's about man's attempt to fuck over God (and winning)
Ages like fine wine.
Funny how she's voiced by worm girl but sounds so different because of their different personality.
Who would want to live forever?
I can't believe everyone fucks except this eternacake, why was she so punished? She even wanted Takeshi but couldn't get a route
Thoughts on the new Uchikoshi ARG?
youtube.com
I can't tell how much he's fucking with us
Everyone else is punished for not being able to bone her.
She has some weird complex about giving birth to a clone of herself and therefore thinks she's unfit for love
wait is this for that Too Kyo game? Death March I think it was called?
Why is it in english and not japanese? is this some ''serious'' marketing stunt or something?
Why are the animations still just as bad as ZTD, AKA looking about 20 years old?
I have many questions
Do Kidink that this this will end up on Steam someday?
It's for AI: The Somnium Chronicles
It's a V-Tuber that lives in the game's universe
There's also a Japanese version
Is it really an ARG if you can't interact with it or find hidden websites and shit?
Anyway feels inspired by doki doki for some reason, Tesa is worst girl.
This is just how virtual youtubers are animated, janky and rotoscope-y it won't be like this for the real game right
wait what, I thought Uchikoshi didn't work at spike chunsoft anymore? I thought he, Kodaka and Takada started a new company and are working on that Death March thing?
He's working on three projects at the same time
AI: The Somnium Chronicles comes out in 2019
Death March Club comes out in 2020 (Nazakawa, Uchikoshi, and the Danganronpa guy)
The other is a mystery
So this worth reading? I’ve only started getting into VNs, just finished both Steins;Gates and looking for something new to read and it’s either this or Umineko next.
working on 3 projects at different companies? huh, ok
Umineko is a big timesink and Ever is much shorter if you get the version with faster skip and use a walkthrough. If you're gonna do both anyway do Ever17 first because Umi burnt me out on vns for a month.
A few months ago I wouldn't have recommended it, but it got a new patch recently that makes it MCUH more playable. The original translation from 2005 or so was a trainwreck that was probably made by actual monkeys, but it was one of the few "weird" VNs available at the time that weren't total boomercore like EVE burst error. The Himmel patch makes everything flow better, fixes egregious fuckups like translating the same text in different ways during different routes, and so on.
The Sci;Adv series was heavily inspired by the Infinity series, and the Zero Escape series is its direct descendant of it. If you ever want to play Never7 I suggest starting there, it'll be very difficult to work backwards from Ever17 or Remember11.
Ever17 has you reading through 20 hours of boring filler to get to the greatest twist in VN history.
Yes it is worth it.
Wait, I played through E17 2 years ago and the translation seemed fine to me? It was an official translation right?
ITT: EoP
Did the player and Tsumugi fuck during that one ride? I swear they heavily implied it at one point.
damn that's rare to see the original version of that picture without the danmaku edit
Ever17 launched with a bunch of major fuckups, including (but not limited to):
>Spoiling everything at the beginning of the Kid route by mistake
>Fucking up the dates in the You route
>They originally wanted to call Kid "Youth", so when they changed it they just did a sloppy replace all. This resulted in things like Kidink and Kidere
>"Naturally, I knows the hacker"
>"Steak like image"
There were patches that fixed most of the major mistakes, but it was still had some major issues. The new one fixes them.
user, did you forget the entire ending to the story

Ever17 got added to steamdb years and years ago, but something must have fallen through with the publisher. It's one of the extremely few games that ended up on steamdb but never got released, along with the original Halo trilogy.
Oh aside from the Kid thing (which I can't remember I noticed for some reason) those all seem like minor things luckily.
I think I did, I finished every single route and I know that the new one was a recreation of the original event(?) but I'm missing stuff.
>A copy of this game goes for hundreds of dollars now
I wonder why it never came to be? There's clearly still some demand for it.
>What do you say to those who are skeptical of virtual idols? How do you help open their minds to the idea?
>Uchikoshi: When you get home, fill your bathtub with hot water, sink in, and then chug three gallons of tequila. If you do, your neocortex will go numb and you'll be more willing to accept idols like A-set. If your pupils dilate, so will your heart. Please give it a try.
What did he mean by this
What made him into an alcoholic?
His motives are too complex.
