Dabbing on QAAM niggers with based HCAA never gets old.

EML is pretty unbalanced. Instant kill with no lock on warning from outside the range of most missles.

Whenever I see an EML fag in a match I just play them differently lots of altitude changes and wide turns but they can be a pain if they're good. Most aren't though.

No its just 10 people on Yea Forums who play a lot

>haha lets just give an instant kill weapon no lock-on warning

throwing 16AAMs at the dogfight blob for random kills is fun

>mihaly does one of his fancy tricks that leaves him right in front of you but missiles won't line up
>right in your sights for EML

The previous best selling game in the franchise only sold a million back on the Ps2. Its hardcore fanbase is pretty small, and if you bring up Ace Combat to someone who doesn't happen to be one of those megafans, its typically just "oh yeah I remember Ace Combat on the PS1/2"

I just finished the campaign on normal. Pretty good experience, although I kinda missed having a real rival squadron. Fighting against drones is kind of boring. The last two missions put a bit smile on my face, especially the section right at the end.

How do I progress now? Do I beat the individual missions on hard in free play or do I start a new campaign? Is there another difficulty above hard?

thansk, that's what i thought

There's Ace as always. I think you have to beat Hard to unlock it

Ace unlocks after completing hard. I did the whole campaign again just because I like the story. It's easier to keep motivated following the story than just free missions

All they had to do was make you broadcast your trajectory on the map like Mihaly when it's deployed...

official ost when

Or just disallow it in multiplayer entirely, like they've done with certain weapons previously
not like they care about MP balance anyway but v0v

Thanks, only Ace Combat I played before this was the remake of AC2 (?) on DS so I'm not quite used to how the post-game content in these games work.

>I did the whole campaign again just because I like the story.

I honestly couldn't really follow the story. Didn't help that I couldn't understand the radio transmissions during missions because I was so focused on flying.
The game completely lost me 2/3 of the game in. The cutscenes annoyed me because I couldn't wait to jump back into the action, but I didn't want to skip them out of fear of missing something vital.

Ace difficulty or collecting all the ace pilots
if you do Ace then expect to have burned into your ears for the next few months

Which one of you did this?

Bretty gud
>found some friends to squad up with
>wrecking qaamniggers left and right with just normal missiles
Kinda wish they kept infinity's leveling system though
F-14 is my favorite plane but i'm forced to pick other planes because it's mobility is just too crap to catch up to later tier planes

An individual SPW blacklist available in the host options would be pretty great.

Shooting down all the aces was fun. I'm working on getting a few stray S ranks as well.

I wish I had friends to play with. Randoms are usually aids.
