>muh fast lane
It didn't, /pol/ was right again, only redditorns supported nn.
As with all things the left get angry about, nothing at all.
>/vpol/ says net neutrality "is for commies" or some shit
>/vpol/ also wants Big Government to ban lootboxes
Are any of you faggots self-aware?
>Hey I want a small regulation to ONE industry
>Hurr Hurr uhh big government 1984 was a warning not a guidebook
where is the end of the internet I keep hearing about?
I wouldn't know, my country still has net neutrality
NN and a ban on lootboxes would both serve the same purpose: protecting consumers from greedy corporations. Wanting one and not the other makes you a hypocrite
I thought it said NEET neutrality
NN was a trojan horse for spying
>we have to make sure everything is equal and to do that we have to have the keys to the backroom *wink wink*
Of course the plebbitors were wrong. Put some bright colors with some cheery upbeat music in your propaganda, slap words like "equality" and "fairness" on it with imagery of people holding hands and smiling and the idiots lap it up.
It let Nintendo shut down paradise ROMs, you stupid retards.
>to do that we have to have the keys to the backroom
literally fake news
It had literally no effect on anyone's lives.
If anything it was a giant redpill on how well media conglomerates can brainwash redditor sheep into virtue signaling about literally anything
Who cares? You should have everything downloaded that you were interested in already. If not, /vr/ usually uploads a ROM if you ask.
>You should have everything downloaded that you were interested in already
>"never try anything new, keep playing the same stale shit you already played"
dumbass
Made it much better and cheaper, improving my life substantially as a gamer and as a consumer in general.
You could download the NES library in one go. There's literally no excuse.
Last time I tried asking for ROM links on /vr/ I got b& for requests outside of /r/.
Who says he was only talking about NES, retard?
just like climate change it's not real
Whether it should have been removed or not, the FCC had no legal authority to do what they did, because they in their own words relinquished their power to regulate such things at the federal level. And yet, when individual states attempted to implement their own equivalents to NN, the FCC tried to intervene and claimed it had the federal regulatory power to prevent such bills. Love or hate NN you should still be able to see how unethically the FCC has dealt with this issue.
It was just one example, retard. My point was you could download most console libraries at once.
>Lefty /pol/ in a nutshell whenever net neutrality is involved
I've come to make an announcement: Ajit the Pai's a bitch-ass motherfucker. He pissed on my fucking net neutrality. That's right. He took his Indian fuckin' curry dick out and he pissed on my FUCKING net neutrality, and he said his dick was THIS BIG, and I said that's disgusting. So I'm making a callout post on my Twitter.com. Ajit the Pai, you got a small dick. It's the size of this walnut except WAY smaller. And guess what? Here's what my dong looks like. That's right, baby. Tall points, no curry, no pillows, look at that, it looks like two balls and a bong. He fucked my net neutrality, so guess what, I'm gonna fuck the company. That's right, this is what you get! My SUPER LASER PISS! Except I'm not gonna piss on the Verizon. I'm gonna go higher. I'm pissing on the GOVERNMENT! How do you like that, TRUMP? I PISSED ON THE GOVERNMENT, YOU IDIOT! You have twenty-three hours before the piss DROPLETS hit the fucking government, now get out of my fucking sight before I piss on you too!
Ajit Pai is a literal plant by a corporation into the FCC and I find it hilarious that people will blindly support his decisions because they hope it is making a group of people they don't like unhappy.
Legal data caps and throttling on Sony/Nintendo's network.
That's not how Net Neutrality works. You are thinking of SOPA.
Bootlicking /pol/ is a tool of corporations and should never be trusted.
I hope Ajit Pai gets what he wants so YouTube can post videos with the title "the gov don fucked up?!!!"
my internet bill went up by $10 government pls help ((((((((
Why should anymore have to pay more money when the quality of service is the same or worse as before?
Learn to use the wiki, my good friend.
inflation
inflation of $10 in one year.
Yeah that's not how it works
If you wealth-signal on Yea Forums, that means you have a big dick and have sex constantly. So those poorfags better stay salty cause I'm rich with a big dick.
Other way round /pol/tard. /pol/ was, as usual wrong, while reddit managed to keep a cool ehad and saw that nothing bad will come out of it, only fearmongering of the usual suspects to bait retards.
net neutrality has nothing to do with pricing, I believe the post was facetious by the inclusion of the
>(((((((((((
It didn't, no matter how much you want that to be the case retard.
nothing
if anything i download shit equal, or even faster before it "died"
>GUYS! IT WAS TOTALLY SOPA THAT SHUT DOWN ALL OF OUR ROM SITES!
>THAT'S TOTALLY WHY IT DIDN"T HAPPEN UNTIL AFTER NN GOT REPEALED!
Brainlets.
>nothing happened its fine u guys r retard lol
In a year you'll be sorry.
>here's a bunch of things which could possibly maybe happen in the future
>also a bunch of survey results from random people
Wow that's convincing
Yet another dumbass that doesn't know NN was in effect for like 10 years before the telecoms filed a lawsuit.
The FCC started acting that way because Ajit Pai is a corrupt piece of shit. It isn't a coincidence that the FCC went from defending NN to trying to shut it down the moment Pai took the wheel.
Well my Steam download speeds got pretty inconsistent soon after NN was repealed back when I was still using Comcast. Luckily they had a competitor in my area that I could switch to.
If ISPs actually competed like other companies do then there wouldn't be a need for NN but until you have at least five ISPs available to choose from in any given area instead of just one or two in select zip codes NN will remain a necessary evil. Hopefully Elon Musk's StarLink satellite broadband network will give the ISPs some much needed competition.
>We gave them a green light to fuck us however they want but they haven't yet so it's ok that we gave them that green light
