RDR2 is basically a movie with shit gameplay;
Witcher 3 abandoned the few RPG elements it had and instead introduced Ubisoftian collectathon openworld with retarded itemization and scaling;
new Zelda is shallow and is designed to waste your time, also akin to the Ubisoft formula;
GTA V I did not play so I have no opinion;
ME2 is ok for a B-movie tier fastfood but has too much Biowarian retardation;
Dark Souls is a rehash of the old coin platformers with shitty hitboxes, but has some good ideas about level design and atmosphere.
Personally I don't consider any of those games to be higher than, say, 7/10. Can be enjoyable, but leddit and Yea Forums regard many of them as masterpieces which is a testament to shit taste or lack of gaming experience.

I'm not going to try to pretend that the gaming industry hasn't had major problems with player agency and difficulty since they decided that they were going to try to become like Hollywood in 2006 or so, but most of those would have been great in any decade. Especially Dark Souls.
